They should progressively increase the permit to $50.

That is the real difference in value of driving on Singapore roads vs Malaysia roads.

Also, if u notice it will only cost $600 a month to keep foreigners cars in Singapore. Thats way too little considering our COE prices now.

$600 a month only means $72K for 10 years!
