View Full Version : Using HDB Rental to repay mortage loan of private property
Hi
I am new to this forum. Just wondering if there is anyone making use of HDB rental to finance the newly bought condo? Does anyone know what are the pro and cons on this this? FYI. My HDB is already 12 years brand new from HDB and I have met the min occupany criteria.
When you rent our HDB, is it better to rent as unfurnish or furnished? Any pro and cons too?

i doing the same :D
There are a few possiblities for the new CM on HDB flats:
1: Only allow rental for those that are fully redeemed
2: Only allow rental for those that are fully redeemed for a specific duration.
3: Cannot rent out at all. For own stay only.
If that happens, worst case is to rent out PC or sell PC.
