The condo brochure only show layout. where to get the exact dimensions of the unit's layout? also the common facilities such as the swimming pool dimension, gym room etc? from BCA?

Should be in your S&P.

S&P only state the floor area but not the dimension.
U cannot even get it from the developers as there is this +/-3% allowance

i did ask the lawyer. Need to pay 100bucks for them to write in to developer to purchase the blueprints if u want it before TOP. dunno if this is common practice, or will we get the blueprints on TOP for renovation planning.

This is for purchase of building plan of landed property. This is useful especially for people who want to go for A&A or reconstruction. Not for BUC project. It is best to get from the developer for BUC.

Question is what are you doing with the blueprint? now we don call blueprint or linen print or amino print any more ..

We can almost do nothing on condo' layout, Except on dimension and layout reference only..
Unless if there any as built DWG wrt the con seal pipe or gas pipe or electrical wiring which is useful when come to drilling or mounting on wall ..
