Anybody knows whats coming up over at this site?

The whole place has been boarded up and looks like some serious construction activities will soon be taking place.

I dont recall seeing any tenders being called.

Don't think this side of the ECP is zoned for any residential development

If it is government land and boarded up without tender, there a chance is BTO? :D :D
