Understand those who bought Alexis for just slightly more than 400K few years ago can sale the unit 750K now with 80% gain. Likewise to those who bought Parc Imperial. Any other MM has similar or better performance ? The COTZ, etc...

Prestige Height Gain - 30%
Alexis - 80%
Newton Edge - 60%
The Clift - 100%
Parc Imperial - 50%

Clift by far the better one. sale price is 1000 - 1100psf.. so actually better.. if not is the ICON. but its older.

One North Residences. Studio 592sf.

Was about 900psf. Now near 1700psf. 88.88%

Clift by far the better one. sale price is 1000 - 1100psf.. so actually better.. if not is the ICON. but its older.


ICON is too old to be considered MM, although it is MM !

To enter the MM game, there are certain sets or rules/criteria/theories or whatever you wanna call it that is different from the traditional non-MM properties. Gd job for u if u enter the game early :) But for now, everything is equally costly based on current market price.. gotta w8 for next boat
