A state tender for a 99-year leasehold private housing site at Dairy Farm Road has drawn nine bids.
The top bid, from a tie-up between First Shine Properties and Meadows Bright Development, was the top bidder at $244.318 million or $616 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
The second highest bid was from Secure Development, at $222.3 million ($560.49 psf ppr).
The lowest bid, from a partnership between Capital Development and ZACD Investments, was around $166.58 milllion or $419.99 psf ppr.
The tender, conducted by Urban Redevelopment Autohrity, closed at noon on September 18.

=> target sales price will be 1200-1300psf

same price as the Centro Residences land a few years ago :p

looks like anywhere near MRT will be at least 600psf for land

Estimated 470m walk to the future MRT station.

every 50m is the length of one lap post to another. That's close to the length of 10 lamp post.

When LTA announce their plans for future MRT line in Q1 next year, I am sure there will be another round of spike.

It's about 7 min walk...Pretty walkable distance actually.

anything < 500m flat land is always ok

with shelter will be better
