A World Wall II bomb was also found 2 months ago at The Cape Condo at Amber Road.

We also found one at Bukit Brown when we wanted to relocate our grandmother's tomb many years back.

A world War II bomb was discovered on Monday near a busy intersection in Geylang.

Police said that they received a call at 12.40pm saying it had been found at the junction of Lorong 22 and Guillemard Road.

Bomb disposal specialists from the Singapore Armed Forces arrived on the scene to remove the war relic, which was discovered on a patch of grass between a disused four-storey apartment and a drain. It was unclear how the bomb was found.

Roads leading to the area were cordoned off, including Lorong 22 and Guillemard Road between Mountbatten Road and Cassia Crescent. This caused a traffic jam.

Curious onlookers (above) viewing the waterlogged hole in which the war relic was believed to have been found. Bomb disposal specialists, from the Singapore Armed Forces, on the scene. The old bomb, which was found around 12.40pm, was said to have been removed by 6pm. -- ST PHOTOS: NEO XIAOBIN, DESMOND WEE

If like that then have to wait for them to fly here then there will be a delay.
Just wondering ..... whether do bombs become dormant/ deactivated after a long time?
