Again... watch what they do , not what they say..
He must have been busy unloading by influencing people to buy bonds as he laments the cult of equities is dead during July/august..

He basically cut 10y / 30y bond and still holding short term 3-5y bonds ... he is of the opinion that 10y bond yield has bottomed even if QE3 is open ended

But the amount is really huge ... 30b USD is no joke ... of course cannot compare to US Fed who can anytime buy 500b out of thin air :doh:

His funds probably will return > 8% this year after taking profit in 10y bond :cheers5:

We will need to find out, I guess temporarily will be in cash. But if he is right, 10y, 20y and 30y US mortgage rate is set to rise soon
