3k is a lot of money. But if you divide by 12 hour x 6 days, its less then ot n basic pay for a normal job.

there must be a catch.'else the bangala construction worker will be queuing up there liao to up the value chain

dish washing job salary already hit S$3K/month liow, and S$1K monthly instalment is for a $400K, 1%, 40yr loan


so even a single income dish washer can easily afford a half-a-million or $500K hdb liow, somemore partially paid by cpf...
