The triple deck probably need a 4m ceiling height MM.

nope. details said height of bed frame up to 2.4m only. notice the lowest bunk very near the floor.

I see.. Highest part is 2.4m... Plus headroom probably close to 3m required. That should fit most condo height. :) 三層肉。
