next time developer with come out 390sqft:

1. SOHO 3.4m ceiling
2. 3 bedrooms, 2 down there, one on top
3. 1 HS for maid
4. 2 toilets

no problem for a family of 2 kids + 1 maid :eek: :scared-1:

macam star cruise or royal caribbean
just look the real size of balcony + AC from the site plan for stack 1 /7 :doh:
