before going to those auction..must prepared cheques? after u win, must pay on the day itself? anyone know what's the procedure like?

me don;t fully know the details.... but was told...
- you still can use bank loan to purchase the unit
- after winning in the auction... you still can don;t buy the unit, but a few % penalty...
