2 weeks ago i went to view an apt in D15...i made an offer but agent counter offered and i decided price a bit too high....NOW i see on property guru the ADvertisment is gone...i still feel that its a good buy but i pAISEH to call agent and ask him again if its SOLD....besides waiting for URA caveat to appear in a few months is there any FASTER way BESIDES calling agent to check if UNIT is sold...i have the EXACT unit no and address...thanks for any feedback:)

1st instinct is to ask someone else to call the same agent to enquire if the unit is still available? :rolleyes:

err she was the one who called him and arrange viewing..the SUBJECT unit was a Gnd unit at le conney park (telok kurau)...Very nice reno....1200sq ft....owner asking 1.25mil...i was thinking like 1.1mil...can buy...but agent say last offer 1.18mil..so Ding Dong Ding Dong..suddenly advertisment GONE....now i am thinking like maybe 1.2mil for freehold 1200sq feet Gnd unit in telok kurau is reasonable..cos maybe but got enbloc potential...BUT ad is gone...SO i check caveats nothing there...was wondering any website like SLA can check but is guess not unless u are a lawyer or agent...:o
So ayway life goes on a few more months in landed semi-D at siglap...then back to HDB...:doh:
I wont pay 1kpsf for that place. U did the right thing.

omg....THATS cheap must be many many moons ago...the unit i viewed is like that but with small patio....should be a few doors away....:rolleyes:

Car dealer make money evey corner ,, from insurene comm, bank comm to the profit from the sale.. Your trade in old car etc etc... Bank comm not less then 3 '/, and mostly ah beng attitude..So just demand the discount , if they hungry they wil call you back....

When there is another family, your action action will just repel the owner towards the other family and invest more time and efforts on them.

When i could have bot a 2000sq ft terrace at opera or telok kurau for 1.2mil....today my hdb price
Has gone up by 100k but that landed has gone up by 100%....:doh: :scared-1:
we dunno how long we will live, if reasonable just do it now n njoy....

If think liddat.... then likely have to move back to HDB and stay there for a while.
