the last time i had KFC is in genting highlands..

Maybe chicken grown there are tastier?
Or mabbe they got a different recipe?
It shd b e local chickens. Sing KFC chickens r killed, processed n frozen probably for months. The only tasty part is marinated skin. In regional countries, these western fast food restaurants chicken meat is v fragrant.

uc the oil used...other than the amount of flour...
me 3-4 years never touch KFC already..since my last trip to genting highlands..

yup, a friend works for frozen food supplies. Brazil chicken halal somemore. Sources from several countries in case some hit by birdie flu. Expiry date for frozen chicken is 1 year. So when there is promotion, eat more :D :D. Not juicy, u know why...heehee

Try the KFC in Taipei! My favourite!
2nd is China, followed by Malaysia.
Singapore is last on my list, don't think I have eaten any poorer KFC in any other country. What a pity, used to be ok here, a decade or so ago though :doh:

For Singapore, buy from brazil or Malaysia also meaning buying from others. We don have chicken coop except in zoo or GL..Malaysia buy from local ..

Tried only once in Malacca, first & my last. Thailand do serve chicken rice but no fight, their chilli sauce is quite interesting.

For me it taste more like rice ball soaked in water, from the photos u can tell the are not pre-fried & can't even see the rice grain.:doh:
From that minute i know what is 软饭. No offense to those who love patronizing this shop.

I think Sg ones are better.

I've been to KFC factory in Singapore 30yrs back. The live chicken comes from Malaysia & slaughter in the factory while the frozen chickens are from Thailand. Not sure if it's still the same today
