Why most of the condos in such atas areas?

Aiyo. The nos are the $psf la.

And Guillemard Cres - Cosmo is not atas area.

Neither is Pegu Rd - The Tier. Still Rd South - DEcosia also not.

Just surprised to note the Rangoon Rds and Geylang non are figuring in this list.

This is of no meaning unless compare the yield ie. PSF rental / PSF Cost.

ya haha i did in at wee hours before sleeping lol so din include the psf/mth :) Data from URA n as for the yield, perhaps some of u guys can help to contribute which ones are high yielding.. keeping in mind this is by road names so some place have multiple condos/old condos so we cannot take a uniform psf rent/cost to determine a yield. Some places like Adis Road, Handy road for example only have 1 condo so the yield can be easily calculated

I actually did one previously in 2011Q4 based on psf cost/rental but found out that it is not very accurate since for a certain month for a particular property, the transaction price can be abnormally high/low especially for 1 or 2 sale and espeically if it is a patio unit. Still it is manual work but was thinking of coding into an automated process to match psf median rental / last 6months of av transacted psf to accurate track the rental yield

yup this is also TOP dependent, for example rangoon area if the property all top liao and fully rented then it will have no transactions or < 10 contracts which URA will not show for that particular Month/Quarter
