Heard from my agent friend it is between 0.5-1%. Upper end of range is for harder to sell units.

It's diff for each proj, depending on the sales, there could be some additional incentive for agent if the proj is hard to sell

Heard from my agent friend it is between 0.5-1%. Upper end of range is for harder to sell units.What I heard is much lower if project is big. One sale might be only 0.1% or less... can't confirm though!!! :spliff:

I think timing matters too. When market is weak, developer may pay higher commission to move units.
