This forum a bit sianz n boring lately now the contest over... Lets start new tcss topic. I will start with my answer...

Konnyaku or Konjac

Why:
1. High in fibre
2. Japanese traditional food for over 1500 yrs
3. Eliminates toxins from your intestines
4. Normalises blood sugar
5. I love making and eating chilled jellies from the powder (ntuc also have)! An excellent low calorie high fibre nutritious dessert you can eat as much as you like

Wolfberry + Chrysanthemum tea = my elixir to delay prebyopia or lao hua yan

Japanese green tea (drinking for the last 15 years) - good immunity

White fungus - maintenance of good complexion

King mushroom - just love it. Good for maintaining good cholesterol level.

Side track abit.......
I have been using some kind of ox/ sheep horn comb from China for the past 3 months.
It is supposed to be good in distributing the oil from the scalp to each strand of hair and it prevents static current formation when combing the ends of long hair.
I find it good.
Tend to have oily scalp but now less, and hair feels much fuller now.
Don't know if it is psychological.

Sis you are blessed with full head of hair... Some of us dont even have much left to comb despite not even hitting 40 yet.

Women tend to have more hair than men in the later years.
But with hair makeup, fret not.

Hmmm interesting, maybe i will try... But the product name... I know is play on the jap word kabuki... But for me dirty mind reminds me of bukkake... :p

I havent check out how it did what it did, but my guess is they employ methodology like mascara some sort?? (i know coz i used this before wahahahaha)

I just anyhow click on the right hand side of the youtube page when i saw this interesting product. That's how I found out.
