Size is decent because there are no bay windows. Transportation wise the owner or tenant may not have access to MRT. If driving should be fine. I like the amenities that are just around the corner. The toilet tiles may look ugly but they are very anti-slip which I like and more practical than those slippery marbles or smooth tiles.

Wins hands down in odd curved shape + sharp edges... the workers must have had a hey day tiling the floor and building the walls.

Rental for the MM is about (less than) $2,400 for 388 sqft.

If you pay $600K, which is about 4.5% yield ...

Not too bad, but confirm the person staying there will go insane within 24 months. How to live in a 388 sqft house ? This is like the size of my office pantry!
