1979-1981 cheong from 25 to 100... 4x increase before crash...
1988-1997 cheong from 40 to 160... 4x increase before crash...
so now 2006 cheong from 75 to 300 ??... also 4x before crash ??..

shops/office
both office and shop space are cheaper than 1981 peak, 30yr ago ??..



think hor, can forget about industrial lah... got any good value shops/office ??
- small quatum of <600K
- LH99 or FH all can
- CCR or OCR all can
- buy before the shop/office chart shoot up, and catch up with industrial index...

In my office building next to MAS, there are still empty floors not rented out.
Shops and malls in Singapore for the past couple of years are matching the influx of immigrates (unlike HDB and MRT/bus).
So how much the rental/price can still go up?
