Mark Zuckerberg on Tuesday completed the transaction of the 30.2 million shares he sold in Facebook's IPO Friday.

The shares he disposed of sold for $37.58 a piece, bringing him a cool $1.1 billion. But despite all that money, the Facebook CEO will be spending most of it to cover taxes, according to a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

alot of ppl very bearish on facebook now....the most common complain is about the PE that facebook is trading now...ppl buy shares for its future value...future earnings...Look at BIDU it was trading at PE in the range of 100's ..everyone said its overvalued...but it just rocket upwards..BIDU's earnings growth is very strong hence the incredible valuation...Look at AZMN (Amazon) shares its currently trading @ PE 176! but u dun see it crashing down the wire.... Internet Companies are very different from traditional companies..I noticed alot of these internet companies has impacted and changed the way ppl live....Facebook has changed the way ppl interact now... we are now living in the information revolution... Imo we shouldnt just take Facebook at "face" value... personally i waiting to scoop up some shares of it lah...a small chunk to keep.....

Baidu and Amazon hv different business models as compared to FB.
AZMN has now gone into providing clouds services. Baidu is so well diversified.

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Facebook Inc (FB.O) shares slid below $29 to a new low on Tuesday as nervous investors fled the company's shares, concerned about the social network's long-term business prospects and an initial offering price that proved too rich.
Shares of the No. 1 social network fell 10 percent to an all-time low of $28.65, before closing at $28.84, or down 9.6 percent. Since its market debut at $38 on May 18, the eight-year-old company has shed approximately $25 billion in value - roughly equivalent to the market capitalization of Morgan Stanley (MS.N), the lead underwriter of Facebook's IPO.
