How to define a good buy? What is a good Buy?
How to define a good buy? by the psf price?
How to define a good buy? by the location?
How to define a good buy? by the potential?
How to define a good buy? by the age of the property?
How to define a good buy? by the good feeling in your gut?
In this day and age. 2007 property market is booming, economy is growing, the world is changing. Rich people are now ever ready to spend and spend. Wealth showing is the in-thing for affluent people. Being frugal is no longer the thing to do if you have money. They used to buy expensive clothes, then watches, then cars, then paintings, then yatches. Now in the new era, luxuary priced homes of prices uncalled for are being transacted for millions and millions of dollars. Prime districts are now asking for up to 4 times the market value compared to 2 years ago.
How are we to define and good buy in this turbulance times.
