preview lor. a lot of units sold during the so-called VVIP preview which they claim does not = launch.

for e.g. UP @ Robertson is also "not launched".

Got a question on the caveats of new units lodged by developers on URA website, are they reflecting actual prices after this/that discounts, rebates and furniture vouchers?

Archipelago moved 91 at more than 1000psf also pretty impressive. Just read another suicide attempt last thu. :)

EC normally not good location ... psf also hitting 700psf already .. might as well pay 200+psf more and buy PC loh, 30k grant today is very small amount of money to get excited ... more like 15k purchasing power in year 2000

Why would you say that. How many percent of the units sold are MM? Quick glance should be less than half? Omg thats high!

SC Global finally managed to sell something with all the adverts:

1 unit at 3581psf and 1 unit at 4398psf in april.

Was in Chengdu and saw this tibetian 密宗 master doing healing....he can produce scary static electricity to the patient for "opening" blood flow or something like that. I could here the static electricity coming out from his hands.
