That's the flame tree in the foreground and has an even better unobstructed view.

There's already a number of funeral parlours there....
Seemed to go quiet about the big funeral parlour development in recent years. Maybe they thought it would be a vote loser in the Bishan-TP GRC for the last election.
Funeral parlor one stop shop?

quite true...:D
Great view indeed. Plus its beside a popular primary school. At $1k psf, it seems very reasonable.

Probably too near to the possible one-stop funeral Disneyland behind Midview City. And Flame Tree Park is like an eyesore in the way of the nice views. Might as well buy Flame Tree Park as it's freehold and further away from the funeral parlours. I think the current price also around $1k psf or slightly above. But they have no small units there.

The last offer is fake! Nowadays agents anyhow quote last offer!
The last last offer I heard was even more ridiculous!
Agent says last offer is $1.438 mil, rejected. If my friend willing to pay $1.45 mil, will try, confident can get!
Doesnt this sound fake ?
So NEVER bother about last offer. If you deem a price is good, then stick to it. Also NEVER go into a bidding situation with the agent. Usually you are just bidding with yourself.
