The land parcel at Tampines Central 7, Tampines Ave 7 and Tampines Ave 9, fetched the highest bid of $233.53 million when it closed on Thursday.
Singxpress Property Development Pte Ltd, Creative Investments Pte Ltd and Kay Lim Realty Pte Ltd jointly submitted the top bid, which works out to $4,019.28 per sq m per gross floor area (GFA).
The land measures 20,750.50 sq m and has a maximum GFA of 58,101.40 sq m. It has a 99 year lease and can yield 580 units of executive condominium housing when completed.
A total of six bids were received, with the lowest coming in at $215.5 million, submitted by MCL Land Limited.

373psf ... so we are looking at selling price of 750-800psf for this Tampines EC

EC also 800psf liao, very soon no OCR PC below 1000psf

Trilliant 398 psf ppr. But cut back on facilities to sell near 800 psf. This one should be about there also. This one better buy in my opinion

Same developer as PR ONE, is this their 2nd foray after their virgin project?

Sim Lian surprising did not bid aggressively for this proj, considering they cld have done a round up of that area w The Premiere, Centrale8, Trilliant and this site. Are they finding the last 2 difficult to sell? :)
