From the floor plan there are 3 PH units fitting the 764 sf description. One of them has a triangular floor plan that looks like a tail fin of a F15 fighter jet. Can't imagine paying so much for such a floor plan. Hope this is not the one.

Jaw dropping indeed.... $1.2million for a MM with patio near the red-light district is a crazy price to pay. For the same amount, one can certainly buy a 2 or 3 bedder somewhere else.

1.6kpsf is the norm these days. look at alexis, same distance to mrt after TOP selling for 1.8kpsf.

Maybe when this TOP can sell at 2kpsf.
