Among those sub $1m OCR shoebox apartment that are popping up in Singapore which one do you think will command the highest rental yield?

Will those near MRT but far from city (>25min taxi ride) command higher rental yield or those nearer to city (<10 mins taxi ride) but further from MRT?

If you include both rcr/ocr below <$1mil it has gotta be parc imperial, no need argue one lol

I am not surprise. Parc Imperial is both near MRT and it is only a very short taxi ride (10mis) to the city if you travel by west coast highway.

Many young people think taxi is a necessity. Being near town, saves on transport cost. Profile the people willing to pay MM rental for "freedom"...

people who are willing to spend $3-4K to rent a shoebox apartment will most likely be willing to pay or can afford to take taxi for both comfort and convenience so long as the journey is short.

However these days Fragrance and their brother WCL starting to build many 99years MM. Rental yield may be around the FH ones.
