dbs offers 3 mths "reset" (not sure if i spell correctly). hsbc offers 1 mth "reset". which is better?

i am not sure if i ask this question before on another thread. blur liao..
anyway, i am still shopping for my housing loan.

1-month rate will be better based on historical data

and it also supposed to be able to be redeam at more flexible timing wise


dbs offers 3 mths "reset" (not sure if i spell correctly). hsbc offers 1 mth "reset". which is better?

Just fyi..Citibank offers 1mth Sibor with unlimited switch between 1/3/6/12mth Sibor.
