Yesterday I went to visit the site. The notice board at the construction work wrote : Project start date Oct 2013 and end date Dec 2015 ! Does this signify TOP Q1 2016 ? Seems too good to be true....

Yes, I was very surprise too unless they indicated wrong year. They are building the ground floor. Look faster than Sant Ritz progress at the moment. But I believe SR will catch up v soon.

I passed by today.. and saw what you mentioned, there are actually 2 signs. One of the is the Overall Project sign it shows "Expected Date of completion 14 Jul 2016". There is however another sign which is the "Safety Statistic Board" which indicate that the Project Duration will end by Dec 2015. This sign I first saw it up about Feb this year. And at that point in time the Project Duration was also listed as Dec 2015. So I am not sure which is more accurate..:beats-me-man:

They say by 31 Dec 2015, so I suspect you are right.. the target is that they will complete by 31 Dec 2015.. then likely landscaping and apply for TOP in early 2016..

The last time i visited the site, blk 37 still looks like it has some more work before the 1st payment is due. But don't worry, I am sure they will be putting in all they can to complete it ASAP..

Hi all, this is a repost, as the previous posting was wiped out due to the site shutdown. For Blk 31 (Stock 1 to 6), when I visited on 24 Jun, they started to put up the concrete casting holdings for the 1st floor. See enclose pic. :D

The usual no is 2 lifts per blk.. so far all the condos I have been to are like that. Maybe those super high rise may have more.. I haven't been to any super high rise ones.
My 2 cents worth.. if you really need to know I think you may try to ask your agent to ask the developer.

They are starting to cast on B1 and B2 of the low rise block(Blk 35) heard that they will complete by today.. Here are some pics of Blk 31. They are reaching the 3rd for now.
Blk 33, is just slightly behind Blk 31, also making good progress..

Fortunately only landed on the driveway of the house. The neighboring house should feel lucky as it would have hit their house if landed on their side.

Agree.. I think Sennett Residence also lucky.. if the crane fell on the Sennett Residence side, it might have caused injuries and delays as well..

Our neighbour started building after us.. now they have removed their cranes already.. so fast. Sennett's progress looks pretty slow these few mths.
Sant Ritz is a smaller development and Im not sure what other restrictions they might have after the crane collapse.
Anyways, a pic of Sennett's progress. Looks pretty fast to me considering its TOP is aimed at late 2016/early 2017.

Not sure leh, though I am no expert, but looks like from the current development stage, I won't be surprise if the TOP would be within 6-8 mths time.. I looked at some pics from Bedok Residences, the took the pic last yr Oct

The development at that stage looks like what Sennett (335 units) is right now.. except, Sennett still has the cranes on-site.. and Bedok Residence (583 units) had TOP in May this yr.. so its 7 mths..
So I think if Bedok with more units can complete within 7 mths.. I don't see why Sennett with less units can't do the same.. assuming that the developer would like to complete early so that they can re-coupe from their investments.
Any thoughts anyone?

Hi Aerobic, my hunch is that it will TOP in Mar which is around 7 months from now. But I heard from the webcast that Sennett will TOP within year end ??!!!! Omg I hope it's not be a shabby job done. I am quite worried about the workmanship after hearing so many issues in other condos.
Hi Ginkonut, totally agree with u, i thk it will likely b Q1 next yr as well. My personal preference is also early next yr as well so we can take advantage of GSS. Hopefully the workmanship is gd, according to the video he has confidence that the finishing quality will b gd. Let's hope he's right.

Yesterday I went to the site and saw all done up. Security guard is already hired and sitting inside the guard house. And the lights were on at lift lobby. If so, they should release key v v soon. Razr is saying TOP mid May to mid Jun.
