Watercolours executive condominium applications will open on May 1
Booking of units starts on June 1; TOP expected at June 2015

APPLICATIONS will open for Watercolours executive condominium (EC) on May 1.
The 99-year leasehold, 416-unit project, comprising four tower blocks, is located at the intersection of Pasir Ris Drive 3 and Pasir Ris Link, in close proximity to both Pasir Ris MRT and Pasir Ris Beach.
The project comprises 48 two-bedders (743 sq ft), 280 three-bedders (from 915 sq ft and in compact, standard or dual-key layout), 62 four-bedders (from 1,238 sq ft and with or without dual-key layout) as well as 26 three- and four-room penthouses.
The developer, Huge Development Pte Ltd, declined to disclose price details.
Huge Development is a joint venture between Ho Lee Group, UE E&C, GPS Alliance and EVIA Real Estate.
Said Chua Hock Tong, CEO of UE E&C Ltd: "We are confident that (the) unique combination of natural and urbanised surroundings will appeal to many homebuyers including young couples, HDB upgraders, families and PMEBs (professionals, managers, executives and businessmen)."
Jeffrey Hong, CEO of Global Property Strategic Alliance, the project's sole marketing agent, anticipated good demand for the project. "Watercolours is a compelling EC offering for aspiring home owners and upgraders," he said.
A total of 639 EC units were sold in March, down from 725 units in February.
Watercolours has an estimated temporary occupation permit (TOP) date of June 2015. Booking of units for the project will commence on June 1, 2012.
