Hi gurus and guruetts,
I'd like to seek an opinion from everyone. I'm thinking of knocking down a wall in a BUC unit of mine. So far, I've been putting this off, as I was thinking I might want to look at the actual unit before doing anything. However, I think that the walls in the unit are all up already. So I'm wondering.....
Is there anything I can do now? Or should I wait till the unit is fully completed?
What are the things to consider when knocking down a wall when the unit is completed? I understand that I must check if it's a load bearing wall, of course. What about things like possible damage to the floors? Power points? etc etc.
Thanks for your time.
