As above, i have signed the facility letter but the mortgage has yet to commence until june.

Wanted to negotiate as i heard that DBS is offering 1% fixed for first 3 years.

I doubt you can..dbs fixed for 3 years at 1%... Thats good.

Why not you try and let us know? No harm trying... Not easy though unless you threaten to break the agreement but you get penalty.... :(

the 1% fixed for 3 year is nonsense. Impossible to get such a package.
