Yeah, can't wait to move in. Nowadays, just drawing out layouts for my master bedroom and living room, thinking of ideas. Can't recall but wondering if the built in wardrobes are with sliding doors. If it ain't thinking of tearing down and changing to one as it helps in limited spaces.

Built in wardrobe contractors I spoke to suggested that I inform the developer not to install the wardrobe for the master bedroom if it aint sliding door so that I can save on tearing down cost. It does make sense as I'm kinda keen to redo the wardrobe to suit my needs. Without a storeroom gotta plan storage for some items like luggage bags and vacuum cleaner.

you can ask your lawyer to write an email to the developer's lawyer, but any request and alteration has to submit before construction start, think is too late

last time an agent told me its called vue8 cos above 8th floor got panoramic view i just to him and laugh inside recently i saw the joker again while i was buying chicken rice at elias mall he act blur like never see me:p:p:p
Already difficult to sell at first (for Vue8), with this piece of news recently announced, I think it is 百上加斤(already very heavy but now adding further load) because it simply means there are now confirmed much fewer sea view units!

my conservative simple calculation about 4000 students/teachers etc assuming 3000 own their properties all over spore at least 1000 families will need to rent and for convenience they will choose east side assuming out of this 1000 about 700 choose to rent within pasir ris and 300 want to stay NEXT to ofs that leaves about 400 to rent they will look to dnest(sorry NOT ready in time) pallette nv oasis livia eeeee:scared-1::scared-1::scared-1:green seastrand seaesta:cheers1:ripple bay so i think definately exciting times lie ahead for investors:D

Yes, I suspect is due to the small size of Sea Esta. They are building from inside out. So that why those blocks furthest away from the entrance like Blk 20, 22 are the fastest. I am putting my bet on Blk 18, which is nearest to the entrance, to be the last to be completed. :doh:
But rest assure, all the block needs to be completed before we can go TOP.

actually honestly speaking i am a bit more concerned about the quality of building than the speed hearing all these stories about other developments suing the developer for building issues hope we have no problems at seaesta;)

I am confident that our developer and contractors have taken a solid approach and is paying attention, especially since the site was bought for significantly lesser than RB and they can still hang safety theme banners using the alphabets of SEA ESTA:cool1::scared-2:

Cheaper land price only means for sure fatter profit margin to developer, not necessarily better quality. Put yourself into their mangement shoes, would you rather get more bonus or give them back to customers? it's business not charity. :o

an overhaul by the government is mandatory but not gonna happen anytime in the foreseeable future.

Partially.. And the strait is a rather narrow strip, not exactly open waters. And don't forget the long kangs too. Ewww.. I think they literally dispose everything into the water.

Got very old sewage pipes there supposingly need to upgrade.in many years time...bacteria from such sewage pipes are no good for health....also nparks not doing a gd job In maintaining pasir ris beach...had a horror when I brought my son there....very polluted though sunset view is nice...

Ripple Bay: Expected Date of Completion Apr 2015, actual progress 5%
Thus if we merge the above together, you guys should be getting your keys latest by April 2014 (using intrapolation cum extrapolation induction).

Ripple bay - no. Of units 679, GFA 611,562 square feet, average unit size 901, square feet, construction cost 143.7 mil, construction cost 235 psf
Comment: poor quality furnishings for a pte condo. Pte condo comes with many facilities. Low average unit size. The latter 2 factors explains why construction costs is similar to seastrand.

When I know about sea esta, it is fully sold. Prefer Sea esta a bit more. Nvm, my kid is only 2 yrs old... still got time to wait till sea esta got subsale or other new project...

Stack 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 have penthouses. Each penthouses are 2 floors.
