Any recommendation for Managing Agent

Dear gurus,

I have been staying in a 30units apartment for close to 2 years. The service from my estate managing agent is getting from bad to worse.. thinking of changing to another managing agent once MCST is formed in the coming months(yes, you read it right...2 years and still waiting to form our own MCST).

Any recommendation for managing agent that is affordable.
