Visited the SF yday, yes, there are still a handful of 1br SOHO left, but 3BRs sold out. 1 out of the 4 penthouses also sold.
Personally i like the PH layout a lot, probably my fave amongst all i have seen thus far. The major turn off is the mechanical carpark.

The reality is CCR rental now is very depressed ... 3k+ you can get a 2br in D11, this kind of SOHO only good thing is low quantum 8xxk for couples die die wanting to stay here .. rental probably nothing fantastic like 2.5k which is achievable also in OCR with 6xx-7xxk quantum
Limited cap appreciation potential due to max out of plot ratio, small land etc
