I've got 2 return units available for balloting next week, and it's one of the last few chances to own a home at Watercolours. Among 14 projects in this region, Watercolours has the best price (lowest average PSF cost) in Pasir Ris/Tampines District in the past 6 months.

Took some pictures on Saturday, 21 September 2013 when I went to view the Sea Horizon. One of them was a snapshot of the entrance, and the other was the view taken from Sea Horizon (think it's Block 29 and 31).

We got no kids , so we are prepare to stay at a rental room for 1 year.
The reason I am selling my existing flat is because I worry the price of HDB Flat might depreciate.

Now everyday have to work harder cos of heavier commitment and cannot resign lightly...kenna bully also have to hang on...life getting more miserable and stressful and start to quarrel with family now and then....Haiz..

Finally have a chance to register and see all future occupants of watercolours here. And thanks for the photos too. I took some from across the HDB flats. Have not gone up close and personal with all that construction going on. But looks like they are already on 7th/8th floor of blk 25 already.

You can own a HDB flat but you must sell it within 6 months of the TOP of the EC you purchased.

If I am not mistaken, these should be owners of non-residential private properties (e.g. commercial / industrial properties).

Thank you FB Sis for the FB updates! I was there that day to take my own pictures, then the next moment, the updates came. Hehehe. Really really hope the developers will be nice n TOP sooner. Dec 2014 already very far. Jan 2015 lagi jalat. :banghead: the wait is really torturous. Haiz... Btw, just went Youtube to check "how to fix LED lightings". Realized that it's quite easy n cheaper to do on your own! Next task is to check on the voltage. :D

It is getting more exciting each day. Trees also can be spotted inside the compound.
From aerial shot across the road, can see the colorful swimming pool.
Just back from a site visit to our lovely Watercolours. Lovely.
Did a walk test from site from/to Pasir Ris Beach (carpark A), and DTE. It is really really near, a truely walking distance.

Heard the TOP inspection was done few days back, no wonder the development was suddenly cleaned and doll up. Look so beautiful. Glad the colour for the fence pillar was not the brighter version but the softer tone yellow,blue n pink. Lighting was soothing too. Everything just look different when they are put together. :)

Hi Knarl, if I remember correct, ceiling height is 2.75m. Only a small section at the corridor leading to bed room has false ceiling.

Main contractor has to touch-up the units before handover to buyers.

If any of the owners decides to sub-let the units to a dozen of tenants, or pass the keys to another dozen of relatives/friends, then our facilities will be over-whelmed with non Water Colours residents. And who heard of using physical keys for side gates of a condominium???!!!! The dull and "faded" Colours of the fence is already a turn off and I can bear with that, but keys for the side gate is a NO NO. i sincerely do hope that we can all voice our opinions and make the developer change, else we would have to bear with the consequences in the future. Please help to spread awareness.

Greetings to All WaterColours Residents.
Together with some of the residents whom have already gotten the keys, we intend to write in to the Management Office or Developer about the "Open Kitchen" concept that have provided.
The "Open Kitchen" concept is refering to there is no window at the service yard. Potential Risks are
1. Face to Face with your neighbour at the kitchen, no privacy
2. Anyone is able to stand at the common corridor watching all movement in the kitchen
3. The most unacceptable will be one can actually climb over the common corridor wall where there is one small path leading out and could jump from there to reach out to the kitchen wall. Have not try defintely but from the distance judgement, is not difficult with a bit of courageous. Really feel sorry for those who are staying at Ground Floor.....
We assumed that the developer would approve and allow us to build the window from our own pocket money but to what extend will they allow the type and design wtihin this EC.
We really hope ALL Watercolours residents united together and bring this issue to the required authority so that we have a better and safer home....
I am more than happy to coordinate and liaise with all residents here to seek a better staying environment.

Hi CN, I think as most of the residents have not collected our keys yet, we may not be able to relate to the issue you have. So you may have to wait a while before you garner any support to your appeal.
May I ask if the 6 months maintenance fee that we have to pay will commence from the date we collect our keys?
Can anyone also share how long it takes for them to allow us to collect the keys from the day we send the cheques to the lawyer's office?
