Which comes back to what is better? flip or hold for long term.

Everytime you flip, 10% goes to transaction fees (for 3rd property). flip twice 20% is gone.

If you just held onto the 1st property, you would have saved that 20%.

Yes, if you can time the market, flipping is great. but your timing has to good enough to make up the 20% in transaction cost. How many of us can say we can time the market perfectly?

Wow.....I did not know that CPF can be used for payment of stamp duty until now!:doh: According to the article below, it should be 6-8 weeks later.
