OCR = office cum residential?
CCR = commercial cum Residential
RCR = residential cum residential

Seriously, why do Singaporeans like using the word "cum" so much?

You hardly see this word used in Oz, UK and US. And when you do, it is usually in some porno mag or website.

Well.... I think the word "cum" much like the word "gay" has been only been dropped off in recent times from day to day use in the countries you mentioned because of modern innuendoes.
