Based on the latest forecast for 2012, we see that the last time Singapore economy grew within the range of 1-3% was in 2008, followed by a -1.0% in 2009.
Prior to that, 2001 saw a -1.2% and 1998, -2.2%
Further back, in 1986, 1.3% and the year before, -0.6%
