went to treescape launch yesterday.
shocked:scared-4: by their pricing.
all units, except penthouses, asking for over $1,400psf after discounts!

Is the economic downturn over?

5 units of 30 taken when I was there yest noon.
Showroom had around 8- 10 families viewing.

d15 will always remain popular in times good or bad as proven time and again across cycles. the only other is d24 but that is a totally different kind of product altogether...
