C a lot of ads selling prime locations not completed condos. Even though completion in 2014/2015
Why? Wait till TOP sell better price. Why sell now?
A) Holding 2 many properties? Reduce liabilities
B) prices will drop because oversupply?
C) problems beyond control of Singapore's sellers/even government. Even sellers can hold world problems.
D) job loss
E) interest rates too high or getting higher
there bound to have speculators/flipper in the property market and those will only target new launches
Take the money and invest in even better properties.
It is generally noticed that market is starting to turn. So this is the peak.

Maybe the prices "hit" their target prices already?
I just sold my investment unit in Nov 2010 and the t.o.p is expected to be h2 this year as the selling price is what I was aiming for.
if prices 2 go up..why nt keep it till TOP n make more $$$

Probably. Many investors in Singapore tend to have short to medium term trading views which they apply from stocks to real estate. Sometimes, buy and hold is better.
Coz some people strongly believe that housing prices are coming down in 2012 so better sell now and be ready for next purchase. :D
