Which one is more profitable for the company to purchase a commercial ppty:-
1) 5% + 3% discount on the purchase price
a) Bank interest = int x 72% of the purchase price (100% - 20% downpayment - 8% discount)
b) Stamp fee to be paid out front by cash.
c) If pay stamp fee, this amount will be treated as an expense, thus reduce the profit.

2) 5% discount on purchase price + 3% stamp fee waive off.
a) Bank interest = int x 75% of the purchase price (100% - 20% downpayment - 5% discount)
b) No stamp fee paid, so this amount cannot be expensed out, thus cannot reduce the company's profit but there is a capital allowance on the purchase price (not sure how it calculate)
