Neighbour of this project Sunny Parc had just TOP.
Total 11 units but sold 5 units to-date.
It seem the area are not very popular.

If 13 units out of 40+ sold, it consider very good liao.
And also I heard it just lanuched last Friday only.

This area quite ok la....however must b lor g,h or m,n....avoid middle lor and also get those nearer to park connector or telok kurau road...
