I‘d say only punggol is having a close fight with pasir ris. Before we see the actual integrated watertown mall, it is still a very ulu place now although the Government had said they will transform it into the jewel of the north east many years ago...think a better planned tampines?

PCs expecting to launch next year! one or two projects may launch before Chinese New Year.

Next year still another good year! property prices maintain flat, sales demands will be affected, accoring to property experts and based on my observations and monitoring.

Yes, it is normal. By doing it, this will not holding up the buyers of getting thier keys, moving in and settle down quickly so that the developer can focus the next phase for TOP. This is a win win situation for both, the developer and buyer. (developer happy with their 25% got from buyers' banker and buyers can move in early and stay. Hehee)

As for blk 9x onwards, it is no point of moving early as the palette still understruction, the structures stilll not up yet, The residents have to bear with the noise and dust when they stay in.

Bro at NV, can share experience on MA, was MA appoint by developer during first year? What are the technical option/advice they provide on renovation e.g. installation of grille, windows etc

Hi Dear NV residents . So nice to see u happily staying in NV. I new in this forum & will be your future neighbor as I bought a unit in The palette.

I think , Livia ,NV ,Palette ,D'Nest ... And the last land will like "sisters-condo" in Pasir Ris, and can take care of each other.

But Palette's construction is very slow, I saw some of the NV residents took pictures for Palette progress . Really happy I thk all of you also happy to see its growing everydays. Hope to see more progress picture from you. Once again , thank you for taking pictures for Palette residents. :cheers4:
