Hi,

Wondering whether its better to engage an agent to help me look for a landed property. My understanding is that i don't have to pay her the commission, only the seller does. So why not get an agent to help me do some legwork?

But some agents acting for sellers try not to co-broke so that they earn all the commission. Anyone can share your experience?

So you would recommend working with various agents and asking them to look out for possible properties for you? One for each district of interest i guess.
