Agent always shout, but buyers need to do homework...., if enbloc is very imminent and development already voted and meet the min. Threshold to go enbloc, price seller asking already factor in, very little to gain if u buy. Others, enbloc is on paper only, potential is there but enbloc is a long shot and long way off still, many owners in development not in favor, so if u can wait, may have to wait long long....for white knight to come and buy especially if it is a large development of say a few hundred millions or billion...if buy, stay and wait long enough, maybe enbloc durian will drop...

Take agent " enbloc koyok " with a pinch of salt, assess development separately w/o enbloc factor...., good luck!
