Say if I inherit a property and I sell it 1 year later. Will I have to pay stamp duties when I first inherit the property and then pay SSD when I sell it 1 year later.

does anyone know what wil the development charge catergory be if I convert a landed property to a cluster terrace? Is it categorized under landed or condo?

What other kind of fees do I have to look out for?
