One thing I don't quite understand. I tried calculating the number of floors; it seems to have exceeded 13, if I include the bottom few floors that look like multi-storey car parks.

Yalor, I counted 14 storey not including the 3 level carpark.
Each level ceiling height 3.15 meter. Ground and top floor more than 3.15m

This building very tall.

Does this mean that the neighbouring development can build trellis on the top floor since their height are not used up?

But this multi car park is diff from the older condo or EC which have separate carpark building. if they add another two floor of commercial retail shop, it will be ideal.

A lot of Jakarta condo have this type of mix resident/commercial development.

1.try to check on open-net website for the fibre installation status (if u know ur blk's postal code)

2. U can call Far-East to ask (better option as i think even if they plan to connect fibre but need to wait for building construction done before open-net can come in to install. So i guess u may get nothing from the open-net website by now)

Pass by Seastrand earlier, saw red word printed
"last 2 units of Garden unit left" .....they are 3 bedders

This must be the two units that I saw many months back, patio lover will like it, the back garden can be view thru a large glass, this feature will definitely brighten up the house.

The front of the unit Is facing the pool .

I suppose the quantum is pulling the buyer from this unit

Here is my views.

I guess Seastrand is the PC at a not so good location when compared to Ripple Bay and Sea Esta. Seastrand has no sea view unit as it is blocked by Ripple Bay.

Watercolours is in the same situation as Seastrand. Watercolours has no sea view unit as it is blocked by Sea Esta. However Watercolours is an EC and have a price advantage compared to Seastrand.

Sea Esta can sold out so fast because of near the sea and its small size. Ripple Bay is the biggest and has steady sales n reaching sold out soon again due to near the sea.

The question now is will Watercolours buyers get upset knowing Sea Horizon is also an EC and got sea view unit. Not sure about Sea Horizon price though. We shall wait n see.

Yes agree that overall it use better marble and has higher ceiling.
I also hope that patio lover will take a look at 01-06 and 01-27.

I think they are beautiful and bright in the inside becos of the back Garden full height glass window.. 1485 sqft I think.

TOP 2016 is on paper, in Fareast Home News Magazine, it state Q4 2014. If you follow last few months news it state Q3 2014, so a delay for a quarter now .... :doh:

Hehe... it is (still) wishful thinking. Just that currently we are renting a unit and need to move out by Dec 2014 so really really hope Seastrand is ready by June 2014 and hopefully we can get keys, do reno and settled in by Dec 2014. My kids are going to study in Pasir Ris Pri (very conveniently near) so we really hope that it will be ready latest Sept 2014.

Just that currently we are renting a unit and need to move out by Dec 2014 so really really hope Seastrand is ready by June 2014 and hopefully we can get keys, do reno and settled in by Dec 2014. My kids are going to study in Pasir Ris Pri (very conveniently near) so we really hope that it will be ready latest Sept 2014.

Seastrand resident can only hope for the best. ....
1) construction contact awarded to KSH on Jan 2012 for 30 month.
2) seastrand website initially indicated TOP 3Q2014 but now indicates end 2014.

2) received a mailer from developer, SUPPER at Seastrand sale gallery on FRI/SAT. RSVP is essential.
3) on the mailer it stated est. TOP end 2014

This one will be popular with expat rentees. Look at that long unobstructed and elevated pool. Lots of sun and lush shady trees. They will like it.


Seastrand showroom will be closed after this weekend. Tomorrow is the last day to look at it :). Actually it looks beautiful.

THE structure that is jutting out beyond the balcony is for the transportation of material, i.e., the crane will bring the material up to the desired floor with "extended balcony" and the worker will transport the material to the desired floor within the tower. hope my explanation is clear to understand.

Yes. It true that it only 11/12 storey. I think it because seastrand has the highest ceiling of 3.15 to 3.30m, the rest around are about 2.8m ....

Did the board outside Seastrand really stated Sept 2014? I really hope that will come true and we can get the key in Sept next year. When we drove by there last week, noticed them starting to plant some tall trees on the third floor (same floor as the side pools, above carpark). Not sure what trees they were though. Hope they speed up a little bit. :)

Those trees look like Coconut Trees or Palm trees just out from Nursery. Guess they duwan the trees to look botak at Opening so they wanna plant them early.

Simple.

Your bed facing the side of the bed is ok. Just don't open it unnecessarily. Close the door when not in use.

If you really don't like the door then you can consider curtains across the side of the wall with the bath room door. Across the width of the wall... it is not exactly the width of the bath room door.

Anyone owns a 2 bedder here? I remember the master bed room in the show unit has the bath room door facing directly the side of the bed, which is not good in feng shui, any idea how to fix this ?

Had Google your concern, no major fengshui issue, just keep the toilet door close at all times.

Besides the kitchen stove, looks like the moisture from pool water apply to all stacks which are surrounded by swimming pools, correct?

My view is Singapore whole year round high humidity, so how much more moisture can the pool add. It is not like the pool is enclosed. As for the so call stagnant water, as long as the pool water has enough oxygen in it either thru large enough surface area or mechanical mean, the water is alive. Those who has aquarium or fish tank at home will know what I Mean.We cannot also discount the airflow thru the building for thel exchange if air and water to take place.

SeaEsta pool is very well design as it has two layer creating a fountain. The water is very well oxygenated. Watercolours also hv hydrogenated pool. i cannot confirm but I reckon modern pool in Seastrand n Ripple Bay will hv some form of system to keep the pool water alive..

Our Big Five look like a Pheonix formation right :). Together we all will be blessed n Huat ah:D

Feng shui intepretation is more than just art, we hv to look at the scientific part too.

I mean no dis respect to any master or FS believer, but just another perspective from another angle. There may be other aspect in FS that modern science cannot explain yet n I respect that.

Found out that there are 3 options of 'cool' theme with ivory porcelain floor tile, 'warm' theme with beige porcelain floor tile or 'luxe' theme with beige marble slab floor tile for the living room and bath 2. The previous purchaser choose the 'cool' theme, I was not allowed to change it. Anyone here made the same option here? Is there any reason to choose porcelain tile instead of marble? Isn't that marble slab is always the best in quality and price?

Depend on which theme u like, maybe the previous owner like 'cool' theme. Reason for choosing I guess the porcelain tile are in bigger dimension (600x600) than marble (300x600).

My purchase completion date is in coming january. The entire process took 4 months.
I was having the wrong idea that marble is much more precious compared to the rest for floor tile :)

All three themes look good at some way or another ... I guess most will choose the marble theme.

You're welcome. The tour is showing the marble theme. I personally dislike the colour of marble and the colour of cabinet combination.

Overall I like the project layout, not only has main pool in the centre but surrounded by the lap pools. It closest to the 2 primaries which I plan for my son. When I am ready to buy a private condo, all the small unit from big 4 has been sold out. Among the big 4, seastrand is the earliest launched and only those bought in 2011 are start selling.i can not wait any longer to move in :p
