there has been a lot of activity at cuscaden/tomlinson area...
1)a new mixed developement 31 storey is building opposite the regent hotel.
2)Another next to camden medical has been covered up and due to be torn down soon.
3)Tomlinson Heights is preparing to launch and already several caveats were logged pre launch at 3100 to 3300psf.
All these developments were asking for around 3000 psf and most have increased plot ratios.
The tomlinson and cuscaden residences were currently still sitting on the old plot ratios...cant remember the exact
But the tomlinson which is opposite the new 31 storey building is only up to 20 storey.
Anybody here thinks there is a potential to enbloc next time the older developements which were still under utilised (with the older plot ratios)?
This area is becoming the new construction site.
Any insights will be much appreciated.
