Any view on this development? It seem to have a really big pool. Does the Highway cutting into AMk gonna have any adverse effect on the development? Avearge going price for 2+1 947 sq ft..around $700K? Comparing this to Foresque selling 2 rm 700 sq ft at around same price?

Any comments?

this is ok for size, but if you want new development, well, the trade off is size.

...any comments from people living there? Nuovo is newer but cramped ground, likewise Season's Park (Don't like multi storey CP)

agree on big pool. But the asking prices have softened somewhat due to the potential disturbance of the NSE.

If you want to get, get one that's facing the pool or away from the road loh...

i would have thought that nuovo is better because it's newer, but there's a real big question mark over how much land will they lose. and will the pool be affected.

they are going to lose around 8000 sq ft of land, and swimming pool will need to be reshaped....

but of course, they are appealing still...however they forgot - GE over liao! :tsk-tsk:

...looks like price for 2 bedder is now ranging betw 780 and 820K....technically the old perception that 99 yrs developments would depreciate do not quite hold water anymore.

Noted also that Sherwood Towers is now about 300% what they were asking for just less than 6 years ago!!! ($300K v $900K)

Is that what they are asking for? I know my friend sold his 3 bedder at 1M but I doubt this kinda price can hold for long once construction starts...
