Hi all,
Would like to pose a question to gather some exert feedback.
For an investment property in D9/10/11, with a price ceiling of 1 million. What would be the best option. Please share your views in terms of rental demand, capital appreciation potential, enbloc potential (if any).
If you feel 1 million can get much better investment properties outside D9/10/11 please feel free to comment as well. But please don't turn this thread to another OCR bashing or CCR whacking thread. :banghead:
